Job Title: Project Manager/Task Lead
Location:
- Primarily remote, utilizing the Agency's Virtual Private Network (VPN) solution.
- Occasional travel required to Agency facilities, including:
- Florence, KY
- Memphis, TN
- Kearneysville, WV – on-site work required
- Ogden, UT – on-site work required

Required Clearance:
- High-Risk Background Investigation (initiated before starting work).
- 7-Panel Drug Screening (testing for marijuana, cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, 6-acetylmorphine, phencyclidine, and methamphetamine, per SAMHSA guidelines).
- Compliance with Homeland Security Presidential Directive (HSPD-12) for access to agency facilities and systems.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and management direction for the contract, ensuring timely submission of all deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for planning, billing, and payment reconciliation with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Program Office.
- Direct and supervise day-to-day activities of contractor staff to meet contract requirements, including program and project management tasks.
- Coordinate with government staff to support the core mission, ensuring compliance with contract schedules and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), manage risk and quality, and prepare weekly/monthly status reports.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including leading status meetings and resolving issues through clear escalation paths.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and manage personnel security clearance processes.
Qualifications:
- Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
- Experience: Proven experience managing projects of similar size, scope, and complexity (e.g., network engineering support for federal law enforcement agencies).
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills to manage contractor staff and interface with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with federal security and compliance requirements (e.g., FISMA High, NIST, IRM) is preferred.
