General Clerk III

The General Clerk III will work a hybrid schedule with the onsite location in Woodlawn, MD. The General Clerk III (hereafter Clerk) performs a full range of assignments consisting of related steps, processes, or methods; responses differ in nature and sequence; requires knowledge of organization's programs and operations, rules, and processes. Maintains composure in a busy and demanding work environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to politely interact with employees, vendors, staff, external groups and other stakeholders. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job functions.

Job Duties

  1. Provide customer service duties in reference to My ETC as follows:
  • Provide logistical information to students, vendors, and internal customers regarding training classes and rosters.
  • Perform administrative functions in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Receive final training attendance rosters from vendors/instructors and internal customers.
  • Review final training attendance rosters for accuracy and mark students accordingly in LMS.
  • Close-out classes in LMS.
  • Create/Schedule initial training attendance rosters for distribution to Vendors/Instructors and internal customers of training classes.
  • Collaborate/coordinate with LMS Administrator/Support to ensure LMS Training Portal is functioning properly.
  • Assist with writing training materials, standard operating procedures and templates.
  • Perform other administrative duties, as assigned.
  • Candidate must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 365, SharePoint, and Zoom.
  • Candidate must use their CMS issued email account when logging in/out for work and conducting daily work tasks.
  • Candidate daily work schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am until 4:00 pm (8-hour days). The total level of effort is 40 hours per week. This excludes federal holidays and weekends.
  • Candidate must pass security clearance and have a favorable background check.
